Foam padding in the collar, tongue and upper create a cushioned feel, while extra width and hidden depth allow a roomy fit. These shoes have a cushioning outsole with a true Toe-Spring design that helps propel the foot forward for easier walking. Two removable spacers are available to allow the use of custom orthotics or arch support insoles. This shoe is also Medicare approved for use as a Diabetic shoe.
