About National Urban League
Public education is one of the most impactful ways to create equal opportunities for children, families, and communities on the whole. An education that opens young minds to a world of possibilities is a fundamental human right. Unfortunately, communities of color are too often excluded from education reform, and students are “left behind” struggling in poorly funded, inequitable school systems. Conscious Step partner National Urban League works to provide economic empowerment, educational opportunities and the guarantee of civil rights for the underserved so that we can create equal opportunities for all.
