FAQ
Why does the rug look flat when it arrives?
It ships vacuum compressed. Lay it flat for 2–3 days to restore its full fluffiness.

Machine wash in cold water under 86°F with gentle detergent, wash separately and air dry.
Will it slip on hardwood?
The dotted felt base adds grip on vinyl, hardwood and tile. Keep the backing dry for best results.
