Nuova Simonelli MDJ Digit On Demand Espresso Grinder

The MDJ Digit is a quiet commercial on-demand grinder built around 75 mm flat steel burrs, stepless micrometric adjustment, and programmable timed dosing. Current manufacturer material positions it for up to approximately 3 kg of coffee per day, while the U.S. configuration operates at 115 V / 60 Hz.

2 Year Warranty

When investing in coffee equipment, peace of mind is worth its weight in gold. That’s why we proudly offer a 2-year warranty with every commercial grinder purchase. This warranty is your guarantee against manufacturer's defects and ensures that all parts are covered for two years from the date of purchase.

Paid Shipping

At Coffeeionado, we understand the frustration of hidden costs when making online purchases. This is why we're thrilled to announce that we now cover all shipping, freight, and handling charges for our premium coffee equipment within the continental USA.

Best Use

It is best suited to medium-volume cafés, restaurants, offices, and secondary bars that want a full-size hopper and repeatable dosing without stepping into a high-speed 85 mm platform.
