About this product
Experience a unique Bible reading experience pairing two faithful and trusted translations. Unlike any other parallel Bible, this edition includes the thousands of detailed translators’ notes from today’s leading Biblical language scholars to create an indispensable resource for Bible readers.
NKJV
Commissioned in 1975 by Thomas Nelson, 130 international and multi-denominational Bible scholars, church leaders, and lay Christians worked for seven years to create a modern translation of the King James Version of the Scriptures, retaining its purity and stylistic beauty. The New King James Version is faithful to the original Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic text, and provides transparency to the recent research in archaeology, linguistics, and textual studies in the footnotes.
NET
The New English Translation (NET) is faithful to the text, clear to modern readers, and establishes an unparalleled accountability. Translated by a team of leading biblical scholars, the NET marries fidelity to original texts with everyday English clarity. Enrich your reading experience of Scripture with the NET: Faithful. Clear. Accountable.
