About this product
The nine of hearts — a lucky draw rendered in vintage playing-card style, all pips and flourish. It's a design with a wink of the card table about it, reflecting Ben's affection for the charming and the unusual, and it brings a little old-world play to wherever it lands.
In the French tradition of découpage, the bent-glass tray is handcrafted in our New York studio and individually signed by Ben. It is food safe and wipe clean, the reverse softly felted, and it looks just as considered hung with a plate hanger or standing on a gallery easel as it does holding cards, coins, and cocktail napkins. A folded card explaining the time-honored découpage process accompanies each piece.
Deal it to the card sharp, the collector, or the host with a taste for the whimsical — or keep it close and let luck stay on your side.
