About this product
The New Balance 1906R Silver Metallic Sea Salt refreshes the performance-driven silhouette with a soft neutral palette and sleek metallic highlights. While the model stays true to its layered, early-2000s running aesthetic, this colorway introduces a lighter, more modern feel.
Built with breathable Sea Salt mesh at the base, the upper is reinforced by Silver Metallic synthetic overlays with reflective elements that enhance its technical look. The design maintains the 1906R’s signature crisscross paneling and substantial shape, drawing clear inspiration from vintage performance runners. Underfoot, an ABZORB midsole works alongside N-ergy cushioning to help absorb impact and provide lasting comfort. Stability Web technology adds midfoot support, creating a secure and balanced ride. Sea Salt laces complete the look and allow for an adjustable fit.
A subtle black accent beneath the heel adds contrast, breaking up the lighter tones across the midsole and giving the sneaker added visual depth. The New Balance 1906R Silver Metallic Sea Salt released on November 24, 2023, with a retail price of $155.
