About this product
The Naturepedic Waterproof Organic Cotton Mattress Pad is the trusted choice for parents who refuse to compromise on what touches their baby's sleep surface. Crafted with two layers of soft organic cotton jersey and a GOTS-approved polyurethane waterproof barrier, it protects your crib mattress without a single harmful chemical in sight.
DrySleep™ Technology — Waterproof Without the Sweat
Naturepedic's patented DrySleep™ barrier blocks liquids completely while allowing water vapor to escape — reducing the heat and clamminess that traditional vinyl mattress pads are notorious for. The result is a drier, more comfortable sleep environment that parents in our boutique consistently reach for first.
Certified Organic Materials, Zero Compromise
Both the top and bottom layers are made from GOTS certified organic cotton jersey — soft, breathable, and free of vinyl, PVC, phthalates, perfluorinated compounds (PFCs), and butane rubber. This is the kind of material integrity that sets Naturepedic apart from conventional waterproof pads on the market.
Easy Care for Real-Life Nursery Messes
Sized to fit standard crib and toddler beds at 28" × 52", this pad is fully machine washable and dryer safe — because the last thing a tired parent needs is a hand-wash-only label. Keep a spare on hand and swap without missing a beat.
Complete your baby's sleep setup with our crib sheets and crib mattresses — everything your nursery needs, curated in one place.
