About this product
The NaceCare 220NX Mini Floor Scrubber Cleans the Spots You Still Mop
Every building has them. The restroom behind the stalls, the break room between the table legs, the cramped kitchen line, the checkout lanes. Your auto scrubber won't fit, so somebody pushes a mop and a bucket through them every night and leaves the floor wet for whoever walks in next.
The NaceCare NCC 220NX is a mini floor scrubber built for exactly those spaces. Its 8.7-inch cleaning path and 15-inch-wide body slip between fixtures, and the whole machine pivots 360 degrees on a single point, so you turn it in place instead of backing out. One pass scrubs, picks up the dirty water and leaves the floor dry.
It runs on NaceCare's NX300 lithium battery for up to 120 minutes, with no cord to trip over or outlet to hunt for. NaceCare estimates it cuts water and chemical use by up to 80% compared with mopping, and it cleans about three times faster.
What the 220NX Brings to a Small Floor
8.7-inch scrub deck and 360-degree pivot reach behind toilets, around table legs and down narrow aisles that a mop used to own.
Scrubs, vacuums and dries in one pass, so the floor is walkable right away instead of sitting wet behind a caution sign.
NX300 lithium battery, up to 120 minutes per charge, back to 80% in one hour and full in two.
Real scrubbing pressure for its size. NaceCare rates the brush at 800 oz per sq ft, far more than a mop head ever presses into grout lines.
Foot pedal lowers the deck and squeegee, so the operator never bends down to start or stop.
Adjustable water flow from 0.008 to 0.042 gallons per minute lets you go light on sealed floors and heavier on greasy kitchen tile.
70 dB(A), about the level of a busy office, so daytime cleaning in occupied spaces is realistic.
37.5 lb without the battery, light enough for one person to lift into a van or carry up a short flight of stairs.
How Much Floor Can a Mini Floor Scrubber Really Clean?
NaceCare rates the 220NX at up to 3,660 square feet per hour. Real floors have corners, doorways and chairs to move, so plan on 30% to 50% less: roughly 1,800 to 2,600 square feet an hour in practice.
The tanks set the rhythm. The solution tank holds 0.26 gallons and lasts about 20 minutes, so a full battery means five or six quick refills. Filling takes seconds at any sink, and the small recovery tank empties just as fast.
That makes the 220NX a strong fit for restrooms, break rooms, commercial kitchens, patient rooms, locker rooms, convenience stores and entryways. Several small rooms per shift is its sweet spot. It is not meant to cover a gym floor or a long open corridor.
One Battery for Your Whole NX300 Fleet
The 220NX runs on the same 36V NX300 lithium battery as the rest of NaceCare's NX machines, including the 440NX scrubber and the RBV 150NX backpack vacuum. If your crew already carries NX300 batteries, they swap straight in.
Need more than two hours? Add a spare NX300 battery and keep one on the NX300 fast charger while the other works. NaceCare rates the battery for about 2,500 charge cycles. Want the long version on lithium versus lead acid? Our floor scrubber battery guide covers it.
Is the 220NX the Right Size for You?
Pick the 220NX if you are replacing a mop in small or cluttered rooms, you move between several buildings, or your current scrubber simply can't get into the spaces that need it most.
Step up to the NaceCare 440NX if your rooms are bigger and more open. Its 17-inch path, two brushes and bigger tanks (0.6 gallons of solution against 0.26) cover more floor between refills, at a higher price.
For multi-stall restrooms where the walls and fixtures need cleaning too, a touchless restroom cleaner covers the whole room. The 220NX stays the better tool for small single restrooms, and our guide to how to clean a restroom shows where it fits in the nightly routine.
Covering more than a few thousand square feet a night? Browse our compact floor scrubbers, or send us your square footage, floor type and cleaning schedule. Call (855) 601-5678 and we'll tell you which machine fits, including when the answer is none.
One honest note: like any scrubber, the 220NX still wants loose debris swept up first, and it cleans hard floors only. It is not a carpet machine.
