About this product
This specialized tool is designed for model builders to correct painting errors or remove excess ink from Gundam Markers without damaging the underlying plastic.
Key Features
- Dual-Tip Design: Includes a fine-angled square tip for precise corrections in narrow panel lines and a broad brush tip for larger surface areas.
- Formula: It uses a solvent-based/alcohol-based ink that effectively dissolves Gundam marker paint.
- Compatibility: Primarily designed for Gundam markers, but can also work on some other paints like those from Mr. Hobby or Tamiya.
Usage Tips
- Avoid ABS Plastic: It is generally not recommended for use on ABS plastic as the solvent may cause the surface to crack or weaken.
- Easy Cleanup: Many hobbyists use the pen to "smear" the paint and then immediately wipe it off with a cloth or cotton swab for a clean finish
