About this product
OVERVIEW
Restore reliable front braking functionality with this master cylinder cover kit engineered for Yamaha ATVs. Produced directly by Nissin, an established OE manufacturer in Japan, each assembly arrives complete with the exterior cover cap, internal rubber diaphragm, mounting plate, and fasteners required for installation. This targeted replacement guarantees lasting fluid containment and mechanical integrity for models such as the Yamaha YFM 350 X Warrior.
ENGINEERING & PERFORMANCE
Fabricated to original equipment dimensions by Nissin, this cover assembly maintains consistent hydraulic pressure transmission and eliminates leaks around the master cylinder reservoir. The upgraded diaphragm and pressure plate regulate internal venting while preventing environmental debris from compromising the friction surface. As a direct replacement unit, the kit aligns perfectly with OEM attachment points without requiring modifications or supplemental hardware.

WHY RIDERS CHOOSE THIS
Maintenance crews choose this kit to permanently correct soft lever action caused by deteriorating stock seals and permeable factory diaphragms. Nissin’s direct manufacturing process yields precise molding tolerances that guarantee leak-free seating against the aluminum reservoir body, extending service intervals significantly. The uncomplicated bolt-on configuration allows riders to execute thorough brake system refreshes quickly, restoring the immediate hydraulic response and predictable stopping power native to Yamaha ATV designs.
