Mishimoto has developed an intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. Factory piping has numerous restrictive bends that impede airflow and choke the power of your truck. The Mishimoto intercooler piping is engineered to eliminate unnecessary bends, which results in increased airflow and power. The Mishimoto intercooler pipe kit includes DuraCore™ boots and constant-tension T-bolt clamps. Mishimoto DuraCore™ technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots.
Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore™ provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. For greater improvements in charge-air cooling, pair this piping kit with the Mishimoto performance intercooler.
