Milwaukee 2625-20 M18 Hackzall One Handed Reciprocating Sawzall w/ 5.0AH Battery

This bundle pairs the Milwaukee 2625-20 M18 HACKZALL Reciprocating Saw with the Milwaukee M18 REDLITHIUM XC 5.0Ah Extended Capacity Battery Pack — giving you a complete, ready-to-cut cordless recip saw kit for one-handed cutting in tight spaces. Model Number: 2625-20. If you already run Milwaukee M18 tools and want a compact saw that is easier to control than a full-size recip saw, this bundle ships with the battery that maximizes its usefulness.

The big story on the 2625-20 HACKZALL is control. A standard reciprocating saw is great for reach and aggressive cutting, but it can be awkward in cramped mechanical rooms, above your head, or when cutting pipe and conduit in place. The one-handed HACKZALL layout gives you better balance for those situations, and the 4.1 lb tool weight keeps fatigue down when you are making repeated cuts. The motor delivers up to 3,000 strokes per minute with a 3/4 in. stroke length — aimed at quick, practical cuts through pipe, strut, drywall openings, nail-embedded wood, trim tear-out, and general punch-list cutting where maneuverability matters more than raw size.

Milwaukee's dual gear anti-vibration system helps keep small recip saws from getting jumpy in awkward positions — reducing vibration so you track the cut more cleanly, especially working one-handed or in finished spaces. The QUIK-LOK blade clamp handles tool-free blade swaps and works with both SAWZALL and HACKZALL blades, so you can move between wood, metal, and demolition blades without slowing down. A built-in LED light helps under sinks, above ceilings, inside wall cavities, and anywhere ambient light is poor.

The M18 REDLITHIUM XC 5.0Ah battery is the right match for a compact saw that gets used hard in the field. Milwaukee rates it at up to 2.5x more runtime, 20% more power, and 2x more life than standard M18 lithium-ion batteries. The advanced pack construction routes water away from electronics, minimizes heat to extend runtime and pack life, and protects against failures from vibration and drops — exactly the conditions a compact recip saw sees on a service or remodel job. REDLINK Intelligence manages overload and discharge protection, and the battery operates in extreme cold below 0°F / -18°C. The onboard fuel gauge shows remaining runtime so you know where you stand before the next cut or the next room.

Both are part of the Milwaukee M18 cordless platform. The XC 5.0Ah battery powers 60+ M18 cordless tools, so it works across everything else you already own. A charger is not included — this bundle is designed for users already on M18 with a compatible charger on hand.

Who should buy it? Electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, remodelers, maintenance crews, and general contractors who cut in tight spaces regularly and want a compact M18 recip saw backed by a battery that delivers real extended runtime. If your work often happens in confined spaces and you want a saw that is easier to control than a full-size recip, this bundle makes a lot of sense.
