About this product
Product Description
The MILL-ROSE 84023 is a tapered utility brush fitted with Tampico fiber bristles, designed for general-purpose cleaning, coating application, and surface preparation in trade and jobsite environments. The brush measures 1.125 inches in width and 8.88 inches in length, giving it reach into pipe joints, fittings, and confined surfaces. Tampico fiber is a natural plant-based bristle material that holds up well to both water-based and oil-based compounds without breaking down rapidly. Plumbers, pipefitters, and mechanical tradespeople keep this style of brush on hand for flux application, solvent cleaning, and light surface scrubbing tasks before assembly or inspection.
This brush suits residential and light commercial plumbing, mechanical, and painting applications. The tapered profile concentrates bristle contact at the tip, making it useful for working into socket fittings, valve bodies, and other areas where a flat brush cannot reach. It is equally effective for spreading pipe joint compound, thread sealant, or flux on copper and ferrous fittings. General jobsite cleanup of small surfaces and tooling is another common use.
