With mimosa bark, known as the "tree of collective happiness," to lift the spirits and as a grounding anchor for stormy emotions; fresh (and deliciously spicy-sweet) tulsi to help lighten the mood, boost mental clarity, and balance cortisol levels for improved stress response; schisandra to offer important adaptogenic qualities that promote emotional steadiness and resilience; hawthorn leaf + flower + berries to offer a comforting embrace while feelings pass through, leaving a sense of clarity and peace; and rose to open the heart and balance emotions.
