About this product
This special edition Vaporfly 4 is a lean, mean, mile-eating machine. We trimmed weight in the midsole, outsole and upper from the Vaporfly 3 without sacrificing performance. The result is a lighter, more propulsive all-around racing shoe that's trusted from the mile to the marathon. Lighter Upper - Engineered mesh helps reduce the weight of the shoe while providing a more consistent fit. ,Lighter Foam - Nike ZoomX, our most responsive foam, just got lighter. Running from heel to toe, it unlocks even more energy return than before with a slight midsole reduction, giving you a bouncy feel. Carbon Fiber Flyplate - The full-length carbon fiber Flyplate sits at a higher angle compared to the plate in the Vaporfly 3. It combines with a lower heel-to-toe drop to give a propulsive feel. Lighter Outsole - We reduced the weight of the outsole by using a thinner rubber. What's New? - Lighter upper, midsole, outsole Higher plate angle Lower heel-to-toe drop Product Details - Weight - Approx. 190g/6.7oz (Men's US 10). Heel-to-toe drop - 6mm.
