About this product
The Altra Experience Flow 3 is the latest evolution of Altra’s approachable daily road trainer, engineered for effortless, smooth miles on pavement and neighborhood runs. Built around Altra’s balanced EGO™ P35 midsole foam, it delivers lightweight cushioning with a soft yet responsive feel that keeps transitions easy and comfortable from stride to stride.
A gentle 4 mm heel-to-toe drop and rocker geometry promote natural alignment and efficient toe-off, making this an ideal choice for both everyday training and relaxed long runs. The updated engineered mesh upper enhances breathability and comfort, while a redesigned heel collar improves fit security without sacrificing long-run comfort. With increased outsole rubber coverage for durability and a neutral platform suited to a wide range of runners, the Flow 3 blends relaxed cushioning with a smooth, confident ride that makes daily miles feel better than ever.
