The Red Wing Worx Apex is the pinnacle of lightweight, sustainable, medium-duty protection. It carries an aluminum safety toe, electrical hazard (EH) protection, puncture resistance, and best-in-class slip resistance to ASTM F2413-24 (I/C, EH, PR, SRO), plus full CSA Grade 1 (ESR rated, PR) certification. A waterproof nubuck leather upper with a padded collar and tongue delivers support and comfort with no break-in period, Red Wing's three-layer Waterproofing System keeps feet dry, a Lenzi non-metallic puncture-resistant insole adds underfoot protection, and the slip-resistant Vibram® ReGrip DLT outsole — made with recycled rubber — provides best-in-class heat and abrasion resistance.
