About this product
The Elusive Highest Grade Matcha is Back for the Final Time
We have been fortunate to have the highest quality matcha from Uji for many years, but the world wide surge in demand has depleted the supply. What we have gotten in this final shipment is it.
While others may claim to have “ceremonial grade” matcha, that is a term that is not actually used in Japan–it only means it is balanced enough to be had straight without any sugar or milk.
Our matcha is better than that, and has the perfect balance of umami, sweetness and nigami (bitterness). It truly is better than the rest.
Our matcha kit allows you to bring home this elusive matcha plus all of its accessories at a 20% discount. $88 -> $70
