About this product
Add serious carry training to your routine with a compact, plate-loaded tool built for strength and conditioning.
The Marcy Olympic Carry Handles are designed for loaded carries, shrugs, farmer-walk variations, and grip-focused finishers using the Olympic plates you already own.
Each handle loads with standard Olympic plates and secures them in place for confident training. The elevated, textured grips help you stay locked in during longer carries, while the space-saving design makes it easy to store and pull out anytime you want a quick, high-impact workout that challenges your grip, traps, core, and lower body.
Olympic Plate Loading Design
Loads with Olympic weight plates so you can scale resistance to match your training.
Built for Loaded Carries

Secure Plate Retention

Comfortable, Elevated Handle Position
Raised handles provide a more natural carry position and help reduce plate contact with the floor.
Textured Grips for Better Control
