Lipoelastic PI Special – Cotton Post-Surgical Compression Bra
Secure, breathable support after breast surgery. The Lipoelastic PI Special is a medical-grade post-operative compression bra designed for use after augmentation, lift (mastopexy), reduction, reconstruction and breast liposuction. Soft, high-cotton cups, an easy front zipper with support hooks, and Velcro®-adjustable shoulder straps make dressing simple while delivering even, comfortable compression to help control swelling and protect incisions.

- Closure: Front zipper + underlying hook-and-eye; Velcro® shoulder straps.
- Fabric: High-cotton, latex-free medical knit (OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified).
- Colors: White, Black – availability may vary.
- Care: Fasten hooks/zipper before washing. Gentle wash 30 °C (86 °F); do not bleach, tumble-dry or iron. Dry flat.
How to Measure
- Under-bust: Measure snugly around the ribcage directly under the bust.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the breasts, keeping the tape level.
- Match your under-bust and bust measurements to find your correct size.

Pro tip: Many patients purchase two bras to rotate during washing for continuous compression and better hygiene.
