About this product
Introducing Le Griddle Commercial Series 75, a 30-Inch, 2-Burner Gas Griddle made for demanding commercial use and detail-focused home chefs.
Proudly manufactured in the USA, this commercial-grade workhorse features a triple-plated 6mm-thick 304 stainless steel cooking surface, a new aluminum base plate, and a cast-iron sub-plate, providing outstanding heat distribution across all 465 square inches. The thicker 6mm plate retains heat longer and delivers enhanced evenness for high-volume use. Two individually controlled U-shaped stainless steel burners produce 18,000 total BTUs, now with improved internal gas combustion for higher efficiency and greater performance. The new push-button ignition secures a reliable startup every time, while thermocouple safety valves automatically shut off gas if the flame extinguishes.
A Texas Sea Glass Matte finish enhances the surface, and large, adjustable feet provide stability. Suited for indoor, outdoor, and commercial settings, with a hidden dishwasher-safe grease tray for simple cleanup.
