Snake Guard Protection
Snake Guard is LaCrosse's strike-resistant layer built into the upper, so you can push through palmetto, cutover, and creek bottoms in turkey and early deer season without watching every step.
Light and Flexible
Most snake boots are stiff; this one pairs a flexible rubber upper with a neoprene core so it walks like an Alpha Agility, not like armor — waterproof through the swamp and comfortable on the long loop back.
Why Choose the LaCrosse 302483?
A waterproof, snake-protective 17" rubber boot that stays light and flexible — the pick for spring turkey and early-season hunts in snake country.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Alpha Agility Snake Boot 302483 waterproof?
Yes. Hand-laid rubber over a neoprene core with no seams to fail — a 100% waterproof shell from sole to topline.
Is the Alpha Agility Snake Boot snake-proof?
Yes. LaCrosse builds it with Snake Guard protection through the upper to protect against venomous snake strikes.
Is the Alpha Agility Snake Boot insulated?
It has no added insulation; the neoprene core is built for mild-to-cool weather and the warm-season hunts when snakes are active.
How does the Alpha Agility Snake Boot fit?
LaCrosse rubber boots come in whole sizes — if you wear a half size, order up. The adjustable rear gusset opens or cinches the 17" shaft over pants or layers.
Does it have a safety toe?
It has a soft toe with no protective cap — a hunting boot, not a rated work boot.
How do I care for a snake boot?
Rinse mud off with a hose, let the boot dry away from direct heat, and check the upper for deep cuts after heavy brush — snake protection depends on an intact shell.
