LACROIX BREAD & BUTTER BUTTERFLY PARADE PLATE

Bordallo Pinheiro

Lacroix Bread & Butter Butterfly Parade Plate

The Bordallo Pinheiro Lacroix Bread & Butter Plate from the Butterfly Parade collection is a striking fusion of art, fashion, and fine porcelain. Designed in collaboration with Christian Lacroix Maison and crafted by Vista Alegre, this plate showcases a whimsical array of butterflies—both real and imagined—that appear to dance across the surface in a vibrant parade. The multicolored design, combined with delicate three-dimensional detailing, creates a sense of movement and lightness, transforming a simple piece of tableware into an expressive visual statement.

This contemporary plate is crafted from premium porcelain, known for its durability and refined finish. The imaginative butterfly motif is rendered with exceptional precision, highlighting the couture sensibilities that define Lacroix’s aesthetic. Whether used to serve bread, butter, or small bites, this piece effortlessly adds sophistication and character to any setting.

Though artistic in design, the plate is practical for regular use. However, it is not microwave safe, and care should be taken when cleaning—short dishwasher cycles at low temperatures are recommended to preserve the vivid decoration and delicate detailing.

A celebration of craftsmanship and creativity, the Butterfly Parade Bread & Butter Plate is part of a larger collection that brings surreal beauty and a touch of fantasy to the table. It is ideal for those who appreciate imaginative design and luxury with a playful twist.
