Volumetric Controls
Volumetric automatic espresso machines with automated features offer a great solution for coffee shops and home users alike. From easy-to-use programmable features, to increased consistency in every cup of espresso, these machines make brewing the perfect cup easier than ever before. These machines provide you with the ability to store different profiles for each drink you want to create. This means that once you have programmed the machine, it will remember exactly how much water, pressure and time to use Additionally, you are able to adjust pre-infusion pressure and shot temperature from one convenient menu making it easier to get just the right flavor profile (on most high-end machines).
Simple Display for Easy Shots
The main draw of the S1 Dream espresso machine is the glass touch screen which allows you to access multiple features from timers to programs (display will show: calendar, user profiles, counters, etc.). You can use the digital display for easy shot programmability. This machine can even monitor the extraction and can advise you if you need to adjust your grind. This Italian espresso machine is made to be ready when you need it and comes with an integral programmable 7-day timer. It will always be warm and ready to use when needed. Overall it is super easy to use with its programmable volumetric shot and temperature controls. Add Pre-Infusion Chamber for Increased Capabilities
We can install for free, a pre-infusion chamber for the Mini Vivaldi II and Dream T. This product acts similar to the way the pre-infusion does on an E61 group machine, allowing for water to enter the grounds before the pressure of the machine kicks on. By doing so the coffee inside the portafilter swells and gives a more well rounded, smooth tasting shot of espresso. It helps aid in forgiveness if your tamp or your grind is slightly off.
At Home or Cafe
The S1 Dream espresso machine would be perfect for the home barista or in small cafe, it has all the features you have grown to love in La Spaziale machines and the added touch controls make this machine perfect on any bar. It will produce great shots of espresso for years to come.
Plenty of Accessories
