The Kalita Wave 185 dripper is Parlor’s go-to pour-over brewer, both at our roastery and at home. Its unique flat-bottom design encourages even extraction and temperature stability. We favor the resulting cup’s expression of our coffees when brewed using a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio.
