The New York artist's multi-disciplinary works meld Indigenous and Western influences to form a hybridity of aesthetics. Designed for both indoor and outdoor wear, Subu footwear boasts comfy multi-layered cushioned insoles as well as sturdy textured rubber soles. These bright special-edition styles feature the signature color and pattern system by Gibson who has work in the Museum’s collection. Gibson created the Aura Spiral and Chevron Spectrum prints specifically for this collaboration. Wear yours around the house or to run errands in the neighborhood.
