Jamey Jordan Signature Series Plate Bead Roller Art Die Master Set (74003)
A four-die artistic bead rolling set built for 22mm plate bead rollers. It pairs a hardened-steel tipping die with three nylon dies: a solid roll, a stencil roll set (two identical dies) and a groove roll.
The nylon dies are the reason to buy the set. They are wear-resistant and non-marring, so they form lines, stencil outlines and grooves in aluminum panels without scuffing or scratching the surface, which is exactly what art and signage panels need. The hardened-steel tipping die is there for sharp, precise bends.
Fitment is set by the shaft, not the brand. The dies suit a 22mm turned OD die-mounting shaft at 2.75-inch (70mm) shaft spacing, retained by an end-threaded lockbolt or set screw. That covers the Eastwood 19-inch bead roller (32044) and Eastwood's 21487 and 21327 models. If your bead roller runs 3/4-inch (19mm) shafts, the original Jamey Jordan 14-piece artistic die set is the one that fits.
