About this product
Ready to see what’s hiding inside this SketchBox? Doing plain flat ink drawings year after year gets boring, so we're completely shattering the monotony. We’re mixing things up with entirely new ways to layer, blend, and shine. We call it inkspiration—and it’s your ultimate excuse to try a fresh approach with ink.
What's inside the box:
• The Ultimate Surface: Lay down flawless layers on a premium pad of Clairefontaine Pure White Bristol paper—acid-free, ultra-smooth, and engineered to support heavy wet washes and ultra-crisp dry details alike.
• The Pure Contrast: Dive into a bottle of Liquitex Professional Acrylic Ink in carbon black. This permanent, quick-drying ink features a precision dropper to let you transition seamlessly from deep, dramatic shadows to diluted, delicate gray washes.
• The Perfect Stroke: Achieve flawless coverage with a specialized Winsor & Newton Cotman 1/4" angled brush, crafted to effortlessly block out sweeping washes or taper into razor-sharp, fine-line detailing.
* The Metallic Moment: The Speedball Fountain Ink in Metallic Purple is a rich color with a smooth flow. Made from water-soluble dye.
* SketchBox Signature Dye-Based Ink Brush 3 Set: Colors in the set: Punch, Royal Purple & Bordeaux. These ink brushes feature a reservoir of water-based ink with a medium-sized real bristle brush. Use it with water to create washes, or use it on top of already completed art for outlines
* SketchBox Signature 10ml Tinting Medium: We included this tinting medium so that you can create different shades of your ink to expand your palette.
*SketchBox Signature Spot Detailer Size 10/0: A unique brush that will allow you to use for fine details in your art.
