This Howards Cams 220041-10 SBF 351W Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits the Ford 351 Windsor engine from 1969-1996. Howards designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features good low and mid-range horsepower and a smooth idle. A 9.0:1+ compression ratio, 4-barrel cerb, new headers, and a 2100+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
