The dual-density midsole construction of PEBA top layer and EVA mid-layer, a forked carbon fiber plate and meta-rocker geometry, offers a smooth combination of subtle energy, unique stability, and a comfortable roll during each stride. Despite the 49mm stack of cushioning, the shoe remains highly stable as it wraps your foot in the soft PEBA foam, with the carbon plate adding structure and stiffness. 

With its max-cushion build, this Mafate X is great for ultra distances and runners who wants the max underfoot protection, but still looking for reliable performance on terrain. If you are a fan of the HOKA Bondi, Stinson or similar models, you will love this one!
