Heavy Hitter Outlaw Ultra Bee Skid Plate

The Heavy Hitter Outlaw Skid Plate is a billet aluminum motor protection system built for the Sur Ron Ultra Bee. Designed to shield the motor, phase wires, and controller from rocks, logs, and hard enduro terrain, it handles over 6,000 lbs of impact force, weighing just 2.41 lbs. Engineered to be the last skid plate your Ultra Bee will ever need. This kit comes with R/L side rails, 4x bash plates, and all required mounting bolts.

Note: The OEM controller is compatible but requires a 10mm spacer on all four mounting points (Spacers Not Included) to space controller 10mm for proper clearance (See reference photos on listing).

Through years of racing events like TKO Hard Enduro, Heavy Hitter refined the bash plate geometry to reduce drag when sliding over rocks, logs, and trail obstacles. The optimized angles help the bike glide over terrain rather than hang up. In testing, the aluminum design slides more easily than plastic because objects don't embed themselves into the surface during impact. The slightly larger front bash plate works with both OEM and aftermarket controllers, protecting exposed phase wires from sticks, rocks, and trail debris. Unlike flexible plastic skid plates that can deflect into the motor under impact, this rigid structure prevents contact that could damage motor housings or mounts.

These skid plates were pushed to the limit during the Red Bull Tennessee Knockout Hard Enduro and held up through one of the most punishing environments in hard enduro racing. We are so confident in the side rails that we will replace them if they ever bend, for free. (Bash plate replacements available upon request.)

Installation: blue medium thread locker on all hardware. Bash plate mounting bolts are T20 Torx. Recommended torque: 2.6 Nm / 1.92 ft-lb / 23 in-lb.
