This kit replaces the factory Hydraulic roller lifters and cam to a reliable flat tappet and is emission compliant except in California.

FEATURES: 

  • 178/208 Efficiency Camshaft
  • DLC Coated Steel Tappets
  • Upgraded Pushrods
  • Adjustable rocker arms with DLC coated trunions and upgraded oiling

SEMA certified for 49 state emissions

This kit will fit all 2019-2024 Rams with hydraulic roller lifters.

Note: Occasionally there is a casting flaw that needs to be machined to allow tappet fitment. Hamilton has only seen one…

Note: During the camshaft break in process, it is highly recommended to run a zinc additive in the oil to assist in break in.
