How to Use
Peel away the white backing and apply the stencil to clean, dry skin. Remove the clear transfer layer, apply glitter tattoo glue to the open areas, then carefully peel away the stencil. Once the glue becomes clear and tacky, apply cosmetic glitter to complete the design.
Removal
Remove with baby oil, rubbing alcohol, or an alcohol wipe.
