These Girls "Lightning" Light Up Boots by Roper turn one of the most exciting parts of getting a first pair of cowboy boots into part of the design: walking around in them. Pink lights flash along the bottom with each step, playing off the bright shaft while the brown foot keeps the overall look recognizable as a classic little Western boot.
