Why These Grates Stand Out
Cast iron is renowned for heat retention. By holding heat longer, these grates can promote steady temperatures and more even browning across foods. The matte finish is designed to resist rust and maintain a rugged, classic grill appearance, even after repeated grilling sessions. While outcomes can vary based on food type and technique, the design supports a reliable searing experience and consistent heat contact across the grate surface.
