The FXR Division / TPJ Concepts Hi-Flow Performance Air Cleaner is a complete intake upgrade for Harley-Davidson Pan America, RevMax Sportster S, and RH975 Nightster models. CNC-machined from billet aluminum and paired with a K&N Performance Lifetime Hi-Flow Air Filter, this system replaces the entire factory air box assembly to reduce intake restriction, increase airflow, and support stronger horsepower, torque, and throttle response when properly tuned.
Updated Crankcase Vent Design: The updated version of this intake vents crankcase pressure to the atmosphere rather than routing it back into the intake. The bottom plate no longer includes a crankcase-return port or 90-degree elbow connection. A section of breather hose is still supplied and is used to route the crankcase vent to atmosphere.
For a cleaner finished breather setup, the Drag Specialties Mini Crankcase Vent Filter is available separately and can be installed on the end of the crankcase vent hose.
Professional Tuning Highly Recommended
This intake significantly increases airflow over the factory air box assembly. Professional tuning is highly recommended to achieve maximum performance and proper air/fuel calibration.
