The Fusion GFE75 is a two-burner gas griddle with a removable stainless steel cooking plate and 304 stainless steel construction.

Choose your fuel type
- Liquid Propane — GFE75-LP: For a propane supply. The unit is supplied configured for LP.
- Natural Gas — GFE75-NG: For a natural gas supply. Conversion from the factory LP configuration is required. Confirm the selected unit’s conversion status with Texas Star Grill Shop before delivery or pickup.
Select the option that matches your gas supply. Have a qualified installer confirm the fuel configuration and complete any required conversion before use.
