- 【Premium Material】Constructed from strong and durable carbon steel, this superior material features enhanced thickness that allows it to withstand high temperatures without deformation, ensuring longevity and reliability in use. Carbon steel not only facilitates rapid heat conduction but also retains heat efficiently, providing ample warmth for food preparation.
- 【Excellent Features】Detachable handles for easy lifting, carrying, or storing; Grease trough for preventing flare-ups and making cleanup effortless; High side walls for flipping and turning food without splashing grease; Thick, heat-resistant silicone gloves for protecting your hands from scalds.
- 【Huge Cooking Area】DELSbbq griddle—a great addition to your grill. Excellent performance makes it the perfect companion for camping, tailgating, family gatherings, and backyard barbecues. You can make delicious cheesesteaks, sandwiches, tacos, steaks, pasta, and more.
- 【From Grill to Griddle in Seconds】Swap the old grates for this heavy-duty griddle and your grill turns into a flat-top cooking station in under a minute. Pancakes, fried eggs, smash burgers, quesadillas—foods you never thought you could make on a grill—are now on the menu. Leave the flavorizer bars (heat plates) in place; they keep spreading heat evenly and protecting the burners, so the griddle heats faster and lasts longer.
- 【Care Instructions】Before first use, wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge to remove dust. -Lightly oil surface before each use to prevent sticking. -To protect your griddle, we recommend silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. -Preheat the griddle on low heat, then gradually increase the flame. -Avoid running the griddle at extremely high heat for extended periods (suggested below 280°C). -Wipe clean with a soft sponge and mild soap while warm for easier cleanup. -Dry thoroughly, apply a thin layer of oil, and store in a dry place.
