Built From The Good Stuff
Pick the material that fits your riding style.
- Aluminum: 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft grade aluminum. Lightweight and rigid, built to take repeated hits on technical trails.
- Aluminum with UHMW layer: 3/16" aircraft grade aluminum with a 1/4" UHMW layer on top. You get the strength of aluminum with a slick surface that slides over rocks and logs instead of hanging up.
- 1/2" UHMW: Thick, impact-absorbing UHMW for riders who spend most of their time in the rocks. Quiet, tough, and slides right off obstacles.
Make It Yours | Black Powder Coat Upgrade
Finish your armor in black for a sharp, uniform look. Powder coat adds 1-2 weeks to shipping.
- Complete (+$130): Front bash plate, rock sliders, frame extensions, and frame skids
- Visible (+$100): Front bash plate, rock sliders, and frame extensions. Ideal with the UHMW options if you want all the aluminum pieces in black.
