Your recovery matters as much as your baby's care, and it is rarely covered in antenatal preparation. The Postpartum Recovery Kit brings the bathroom essentials together in one box, so they are ready before the birth rather than shopped for after it.
How it is used
The same five steps as on the box, at every bathroom visit:
- Cleanse: warm-water rinsing after every toilet visit with the Upside Down Peri Bottle, sold separately and included in the Labour & Delivery Kit.
- Wear: disposable underwear that holds the layers in place.
- Chill & Absorb: Instant Ice Maxi Pads, bend to activate, no freezer needed.
- Calm: a witch hazel cooling liner laid across the pad.
- Cool: Perineal Foam on the liner at every change.
Good to know
- For recovery at home after any type of birth. If you are packing a hospital bag, the Hospital Labour & Delivery Kit adds the peri bottle, a gown, socks and a carry bag.
