About this product
A steel protector plate for the rear suspension travel sensor wires on the 2024 and newer Ford Ranger Raptor, sold as an add-on to our Travel Sensor Guards. It is laser cut from .135 steel, CNC bent and powder coated, and comes as a bolt-on pair with hardware.
The Ranger Raptor's travel sensor wires sit in an exposed spot on the rear suspension arms, where rocks and debris thrown up behind the rear wheel can hit them. Paired with the Travel Sensor Guards, this plate helps prevent the "Driver Control Fault" message on the dash and shields the wires, sensors and modules from that gravel.

Why Protect The Sensor Wires
The rear travel sensors tell the truck where the suspension is. Their wires run in an exposed location on the rear suspension arms, at high risk of being hit by rocks and debris.
Combining this protector with the Travel Sensor Guards helps prevent the "Driver Control Fault" error message from coming up on the dash, and shields the wires, sensors and modules from damage by gravel flying up behind the rear wheel.
