EVO Technology

This Fiorenzato espresso grinder is equipped with EVO technology, which means that there is a built-in system to regulate the heat generated by the motor. This feature serves to prevent your coffee beans from getting too hot.

The fan cooling system is an essential component of coffee grinders, as it plays a vital role in maintaining performance and preserving coffee quality. Here's why it's important:

1. Heat Reduction: Coffee grinding creates heat through the friction between the burrs and beans, which can negatively impact the flavor and aroma of the coffee. The cooling fan system actively dissipates this heat to prevent the grounds from overheating during grinding.
2. Consistent Extraction: Heat can affect the extraction process, causing premature release of volatile compounds from hot coffee grounds and leading to uneven extraction. The cooling fan system maintains a consistent temperature to ensure balanced flavors in espresso shots.
3. Shot Time Stability: In busy cafes, consistent shot times are crucial, but heat buildup can cause variations in grind particle size and extraction times. The cooling fan system minimizes these fluctuations, allowing baristas to maintain precise shot times even during peak hours.

CapSense IPS Touchscreen

This Fiorenzato grinder is equipped with advanced touchscreen LCD displays that offer larger, more user-friendly color screens. These screens make it simple to monitor coffee consumption data and enables you to check the state of wear of the burrs. Grinding is quick and precise thanks to electronic dose adjustment, providing repeatable control of timed doses. You can choose between single or double-shot doses and adjust them separately as needed.

64mm Flat Burrs

The 64mm burr size strikes a balance between being large enough to deliver consistent and precise grinding, yet not overly bulky. This makes it ideal for prosumer setups (enthusiast-level home espresso machines) and medium-volume coffee shops.

These coffee grinder burrs are often unimodal, meaning they produce a narrower range of particle sizes. This is advantageous for espresso, where we aim for a tight distribution around the desired grind size.

Stepless - Infinite Grind Size Adjustment

Stepless grinders differ from stepped grinders in that they do not have preset grind settings; instead, they feature a collar that you can rotate to adjust the grind size. This collar is usually marked with incremental lines or notches, providing a way to monitor the grind size.

This precision is especially valuable for espresso, as even small changes in grind size can greatly affect the taste of the coffee. Stepless grinders offer unmatched control over your grind, enabling you to finely adjust it to your preferences and achieve superior extraction results.

Output

The F64 Evo is rated for 3 kg of coffee a day. If you are going through more than this, you will likely want to upgrade to the F83 model.

Add the Puqpress M4 - Ultimate Set Up

The Fiorenzato is compatible with the Puqpress M4 to give you the ultimate barista grinding workflow experience. You can grind and tamp almost effortlessly as the F64 automatically grinds into the portafilter and the Puqpress automatically tamps.
