DESCRIPTION

The Fecon STUMPEX® 2-Speed Stump Grinder is a high-torque, low-RPM stump removal attachment engineered for skid steers, compact track loaders, backhoes, and excavators. Designed for demanding land clearing, tree care, and municipal applications, the STUMPEX uses a two-speed hydraulic motor and high-torque grinding bit to draw itself into stumps with controlled, efficient cutting action. Its 32-inch bit diameter, replaceable hardened steel cone, and durable 3/4-inch AR500 steel cutting blades deliver long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance. The low-RPM design helps create a safer work zone with minimal flying debris and simplifies cleanup. The STUMPEX can grind stumps from approximately 8–28 inches in diameter and up to 20 inches deep in a single pass, while larger stumps can be processed with additional passes. Available in SHX33SX and SHX34EXC configurations, it supports carrier-specific hydraulic flow requirements from 20–65 GPM.
