Evoke Area Rug 7x9 (6'7" x 9' (Rectangular) / Grey/Gold)

⭐ Key Features

•Design: A classical central medallion with scrolling botanical spandrels, softened by deliberate vintage weathering. Tone shifts with light and screen, and the pile has a light side and a dark side - face the side you prefer toward the main entry

•Made: Power-Loomed in Turkey from polypropylene, 3/8 in low pile. A low pile area rug that lies flat under furniture and lets chairs slide. Polypropylene beads up water-based spills, holds color in sun and vacuums clean

•Lives With: Built for busy living rooms, hallways and family rooms - kids and pets included. Expect little to no shedding. Rotate it twice a year so sun and traffic wear evenly

•Fits: A 7x9 fits an apartment living room with the sofa front legs and coffee table on the rug, or under a full bed. Add SAFAVIEH rug pad PAD121-6 trimmed 1 in inside the edge for grip. Coordinates with SAFAVIEH furniture, lighting and pillows

•Care: A regular vacuum on the normal setting is all it needs. Blot spills with a dry cloth; mild soap and water for marks. Any creases from the roll ease flat over the first few days

•The SAFAVIEH Difference: For over a century, SAFAVIEH has been synonymous with exceptional quality and timeless design, a legacy carried through four generations since 1914. From New York, we offer rugs, furniture, lighting and decor for a space you love

📋 Product Description

SAFAVIEH Evoke EVK220B is a power-loomed polypropylene vintage medallion area rug in gray and gold, made in Turkey. Shown here in the 7x9 size, it measures 6 ft 7 in x 9 ft (79 x 108 in / 201 x 274 cm) and has a 3/8 in pile. A classical central medallion with scrolling botanical spandrels, softened by deliberate vintage weathering. An ivory ground carries soft gray motifs accented with gentle touches of gold and charcoal distressing. Construction: power-loomed in Turkey from polypropylene on a jute foundation, 3/8 in pile height. Power-Loomed means woven on a computer-guided loom, so the weave is consistent from the runner to the 9x12. Polypropylene beads up water-based spills, holds color in sun and vacuums clean; expect little to no shedding. Size and placement: a 7x9 fits an apartment living room with the sofa front legs and coffee table on the rug, or under a full bed. It also suits a 4-seat dining table. Will it fit under my door? Measure the gap first - the pile is 3/8 in and a pad adds about 1/4 in. Does it shed? Expect little to no shedding. Why does it look darker from one side? The fibers lean in one direction, so the rug has a light side and a dark side - two ways to love the same piece. Walk around it before placing it, then face the side you prefer toward the main entry. Rooms: bedroom, kitchen, living room, home office, entryway. Whether you are searching for a 7x9 area rug, a polypropylene rug, a vintage medallion rug or a gray area rug, this design answers all of them in one piece. SAFAVIEH began in 1914 as curators of antique rugs, opened its first Madison Avenue showroom in 1978, and today designs and makes rugs, furniture, lighting and decor across three continents from its New York home.
