The ERGODYNE 16922 is a pair of spikeless slip-on traction cleats designed to reduce the risk of slips and falls on wet, snowy, and slushy surfaces without scratching floors or indoor surfaces. Built on Soles by Michelin technology, the sole compound uses strategic grooves, micro-pumps, and block sipings to generate traction comparable to spiked alternatives - but safe for both outdoor and indoor use. The one-piece stretch design hugs the toe and heel of most boot and shoe styles. The stretchable rubber sling is tested flexible to -40 degrees F and the sole to -20 degrees F, making these viable for extreme cold-weather jobsites. An adjustable cord cinches for a secure fit, and a heel pull tab simplifies on and off.
