About this product
Authentic Salem China Co. English Village transfer ware featuring timeless Colonial charm. This ironstone dinnerware showcases a picturesque rural scene with a quaint house and arched bridge, framed by an intricate floral border rendered in rich blue underglaze decoration.
Each piece bears the maker's mark on the reverse—a detailed backstamp identifying Salem China Co., Olde Staffordshire, and certifying hand-engraved underglaze with permanent color. The collection offers versatility across dinner plates, salad plates, and saucers, making it ideal for both everyday dining and special occasions.
Built to last, these pieces combine traditional English ironstone craftsmanship with enduring design. The transfer-printed technique ensures consistent, fade-resistant decoration that withstands regular use and washing. A distinguished addition to any table setting or collection of vintage dinnerware.
