About this product
Product Description
The ECO-PRODUCTS ECOEPP016NFA is a 6 inch round plate made from 100 percent reclaimed and renewable sugarcane fiber. Sugarcane fiber, also called bagasse, is the fibrous material left after sugar extraction. Using it as a raw material diverts a byproduct that would otherwise be burned. The plate is strong, grease resistant, and cut resistant, making it suitable for both hot and cold food service applications. It is also freezer safe and microwave safe. This carton contains 1000 plates and is sold as a single case unit, making it appropriate for high-volume food service operations.
The ECOEPP016NFA is designed for use in food service and hospitality settings including catering, institutional dining, cafeterias, and event service. The 6 inch diameter is well suited for side dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snack portions. These plates serve as a direct alternative to petroleum-based plastic or polystyrene disposable plates for operations seeking compostable or renewable-material disposables. The carton format supports efficient stocking and is sold at a minimum of one case of 1000 units.
