The DRT Motorsports Polaris 2024+ XPEDITION Exhaust Cover is an upgrade for aggressive styling and better cooling of the stock exhaust on the Polaris XPEDITION platform. It follows the body lines and styling of the vehicle while allowing more airflow to pass over this high-heat area. It is a direct replacement for OEM Polaris P/N 5268439-458 and fits all 2024+ XPEDITION models.

Construction & Installation
The cover is made of laser-cut aerospace-grade aluminum, formed, welded, and powder coated in the DRT premium black powder coat. Behind it sits a laser-cut aluminum mesh panel finished in a mil-spec clear anodize, which is easily removed for powder coating or painting to match your build. The DRT logo is backed by an aluminum contrast plate to highlight your choice of premium accessories. Installation is a simple bolt-on swap for the factory cover with no cutting or drilling required.
