Ready to step up the fueling on your 7.3L Powerstroke? The Driven Diesel Super Duty High Volume Fuel Delivery Upgrade Kit builds on your existing Driven Diesel Pre/Post Fuel Filter Kit, allowing you to run higher-volume pumps to support larger injectors and increased fuel demand.
Choose from Dual Bosch, Bosch 200, or Fuelab to convert your existing PPK-AM setup into the corresponding Driven Diesel Super Duty High Volume Fuel Delivery configuration.
REQUIRES AN EXISTING DRIVEN DIESEL PRE/POST FILTER KIT
All three upgrade options require an existing, installed Driven Diesel DD-73FS-PPK-AM Pre/Post Fuel Filter Kit. These upgrades are specifically designed for the PPK-AM configuration that uses an aftermarket fuel tank connection. They are not standalone fuel delivery systems.
DUAL BOSCH PUMP NOTICE: The Dual Bosch upgrade includes only one new OEM Bosch pump and uses your existing pump to complete the dual-pump configuration.
AFTERMARKET FUEL TANK CONNECTION REQUIRED
All upgrades require an aftermarket fuel tank connection. Your truck must be equipped with a compatible connection, such as:
- Driven Diesel 5/8-inch Pickup Tube
- FASS 5/8-inch Draw Straw Kit
- A compatible billet fuel tank sump
- Fleece fuel tank sending unit
- RiffRaff fuel tank sending unit
REGULATED RETURN COMPATIBILITY
The completed high-volume system is designed to work with a Driven Diesel 7.3L regulated return system that replaces the factory fuel filter bowl. Driven Diesel does not recommend retaining the factory fuel pressure regulator with these high-volume configurations because it was not designed to handle the increased fuel delivery.
If you are using another brand of engine-side fuel system, confirm that it provides suitable fuel pressure regulation and compatible connections. Additional fittings may be needed.
